Marlene is a lifelong resident of Marion, IL and has been in real estate since 1982 and became a Broker in 1984. She and her husband Dave are Brokers/Owners of Dave Thompson Realty. They have two children Amanda 23 and Adam 21. Marlene took a "hiatus" from real estate to stay home with their children until they were in school. She then taught 6th grade at the Marion Junior High School for 10 years, until 2005, at which time she returned to real estate.
